Anusara Yoga Class

Anusara Yoga means “flowing with Grace”. In each Anusara class we invoke Grace, which is our very nature- what we are made of, to shine more brightly. We practice aligning our bodies to unveil the freedom in our hearts. This practice amplifies our essence so that we may see our own gifts and share them more clearly with the world.
Level 1 is appropriate to brand new students to yoga or to those new to the Anusara method.
Mixed Levels welcomes all levels of practice as beginners are a bit more challenged and more advanced students receive variations and further challenges. Everyone will be taken care of.
Level 2 is appropriate for those practicing Anusara for more than 1 year of steady practice. Level 2 isn’t just being able to do the more challenging poses, but being able to hold the teachings within the poses at a deeper level.

About Delight In Yoga

Rachael Crawford Goolsby is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher. Growing up in a houshold of both Hindu and Christian religions made her open to honoring others' spiritual paths. With a BFA in Dance and Choreography, Rachael is keen in movement and the study of the body. She enjoys practicing and teaching this ever-evolving art and science.
