Welcome to the Anusara Yoga Immersion 2011!

Thank you so much for being interested in going deeper into the sublime teachings of yoga. In a series of 3 Parts we will practice the essential Universal Principles of Alignment, increasing in detail as we go. Steeping ourselves in the radiance of Shiva-Shakti Tantric philosophy we will reconnect to our divine nature in practical and repeatable ways. Through journaling, contemplation and meditation our minds and hearts become at peace with who we really are. Peeling down into the base layers of our essential natures takes time and guidance and kula- the support of community. I welcome you to this adventure of Self!

Hours: 10am-1pm & 2-5pm with some exceptions.
Location: McKay Healing Arts at 4916 Wrightsville Ave Wilmington, NC 28403
In its own building the beautiful studio will hold us as we stretch and grow with the teachings. The kitchen is accessible to us as well as the sweet garden where we can enjoy our lunches.
Price:

Part 1 only: $600

Parts 2 & 3 only: $1100

Entire immersion: $1600

Payment plan: Each Part due 1 week before that Part begins.

If you took last year’s Part 1 with me then you may sign up for Part 1 again this year for half-price: $300
